Descrizione del lavoro Villa Della Pergola è alla ricerca di una risorsa di General Manager che coordini le attività gestionali e organizzative di una struttura che ad oggi vive un periodo di proficua evoluzione ed espansione. La risorsa, in particolare, avrà la responsabilità di: Supervisionare e coordinare i dipartimenti operativi interfacciandosi con i responsabili di reparto pianificando meeting giornalieri e periodici al fine di verificare il corretto andamento delle attività; leadership quotidiana con un approccio pratico per ottimizzare l'esperienza degli ospiti. Pianificare le attività di recruiting del personale gestendone la relativa contrattualistica; Assicurarsi che ogni caporeparto abbia compreso gli aspetti finanziari a lui competenti; a tradurre ed eseguire le direttive in operazioni di eccellenza; Incentivare lo staff al raggiungimento degli obiettivi prefissati; Predisporre report periodici sull’attività dello staff; Accoglienza ospiti, supervisionando il loro soggiorno al fine di garantire la massima assistenza e soddisfazione alle richieste.
