Descrizione del lavoro Siamo alla ricerca di un/una Senior HV/MV Electrical Advisor con esperienza in data center di grandi dimensioni, per fornire supporto tecnico e consulenziale su progetti complessi, internazionali e ad alta tensione. La risorsa sarà coinvolta in attività di progettazione, valutazione tecnica e gestione regolatoria delle connessioni alla rete elettrica, assicurando affidabilità, conformità normativa e coordinamento con stakeholder chiave. Responsabilità principali: Sviluppare studi di affidabilità e disponibilità dell’alimentazione elettrica dei data center. Condurre analisi di rischio (HazID, HILP) e definire piani di mitigazione. Supportare clienti nella connessione alla rete e messa in servizio, incluse le fasi autorizzative. Eseguire due diligence tecnica su soluzioni di alimentazione HV/MV. Analizzare la conformità normativa rispetto a codici di rete italiani ed europei. Coordinare tecnicamente con TSO/DSO, autorità e appaltatori. Redigere documentazione tecnica e report in lingua inglese. Supportare il team interno nel coordinamento tecnico e mentoring di profili junior. Qualifiche Formazione Laurea in Ingegneria Elettrica o discipline affini (preferibile Laurea Magistrale). Esperienza Almeno 10 anni in progetti HV/MV per data center e/o impianti industriali complessi. Competenze tecniche Analisi di affidabilità e gestione del rischio (MTTR, MTTF, ridondanze, Tier, standard Data Center). Conoscenza di codici di rete italiani (in particolare processi di connessione) e regolamenti europei. Progettazione di sottostazioni elettriche. Qualità dell’energia (tensione, armoniche, flicker, RoCoF). Competenze trasversali Capacità di coordinamento tecnico e gestionale in contesti complessi. Ottime doti comunicative e di interfaccia con stakeholder istituzionali. Lingue Italiano e Inglese fluenti; la conoscenza del Francese è un plus. Disponibilità Trasferte nazionali e internazionali.
