Azienda operante nella Grande Distribuzione Organizzata (GDO), attiva nella vendita e distribuzione di beni di largo consumo per la casa e la persona, ricerca un/una Addetto/a al Controllo Accessi da inserire presso il proprio punto vendita. La risorsa selezionata si occuperà di monitorare gli ingressi e le uscite dal punto vendita, garantendo ordine, sicurezza e rispetto delle procedure aziendali. Mansioni: Monitorare gli ingressi e le uscite del punto vendita, garantendo il rispetto delle procedure aziendali; Supervisionare le aree di accesso e i flussi di clientela, assicurando ordine e corretto comportamento all’interno della struttura; Fornire supporto informativo ai clienti in fase di ingresso; Segnalare eventuali anomalie o comportamenti non conformi alle norme di sicurezza; Collaborare con il personale interno per mantenere un ambiente sicuro e accogliente. Requisiti richiesti: Diploma di scuola secondaria di secondo grado; Buone capacità di osservazione e attenzione ai dettagli; Affidabilità, senso di responsabilità e disponibilità a lavorare su turni; Buone doti relazionali e cortesia nel rapporto con la clientela; Gradita, ma non indispensabile, esperienza pregressa in ruoli analoghi.
