Review, approve, and finalize all email campaigns and segments before they are scheduled, ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment. Take the lead on all monthly and quarterly analytics reviews and reporting, presenting strategies to clients and internal teams to improve KPIs and revenue. Lead client meetings to discuss monthly plans, special offers, and upcoming strategies. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in email marketing, deliverability, and e-commerce. Oversee the management of email marketing tools, including Klaviyo, Asana, and Slack, ensuring the team has the resources and training they need to succeed. Requirements: Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role in email marketing, preferably within an agency environment. Deep expertise in Klaviyo and a strong understanding of email and SMS marketing best practices. Exceptional strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
