Job Description As a (Associate) Manager in Energy & Transport division, you will be at the forefront of driving impactful change and fostering growth for our esteemed clients. Your role will be central to helping organizations achieve transformational success, positioning them as leaders in their respective industries. By employing your strategic acumen and management expertise, you will facilitate sustainable business performance improvements, guiding our clients through their transformation journeys. Key Responsibilities: Transformation Leadership: Collaborate closely with client organizations to understand their challenges, objectives, and aspirations. Lead the development and implementation of transformational strategies, ensuring alignment with their long-term vision. Innovation and Strategy Development: Contribute to the creation of innovative strategies that enable clients to adapt to changing market dynamics, capitalize on emerging opportunities, and address potential risks. Roadmap Definition: Develop comprehensive transformation roadmaps that outline the necessary steps, timelines, and resources required to achieve the desired outcomes. Result-Oriented Execution: Take on both commercial and delivery responsibilities to drive the successful implementation of transformation initiatives and ensure they meet or exceed the targeted results. Industry Insights: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, advancements, and disruptions in the energy & transport sectors. Use your insights to develop forward-thinking recommendations to clients and create training programs while sharing knowledge internally. Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment within the team, guiding and mentoring consultants to enhance their professional growth. Qualifications You have successfully completed your Master’s Degree. You have at least 5-7 years experience within a consultancy firm. You have a network at relevant transport and/or energy companies. Good view of the developments in the market and the impact on actors in the value chains. You have a background in strategic analysis, strategy development and/or organizational transformation. Capability in selling and delivering innovative strategy consulting engagements. You have a strong interest in data and AI-related topics, the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas, and you’re excited about helping our clients seize the opportunities they offer. Excellent English and Dutch verbal and written skills are required. If you also speak German fluently, that’s a great plus! You have the ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment, within a varied team in educational level, position and skills.
