We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to play a key role in supporting our Custom Contract Manufacturing (CCM) group, with a focus on Naval Lights. This role ensures the accurate flow of inventory and the timely preparation of kits that keep our assembly lines moving without delay. Job Duties Function of product receipt and goods storage. Accurately gather and stage all required components for each workstation. Visually inspect kits for accuracy & completeness. Maintain inventory accuracy, monitor levels and stock movements. Conduct audits & reconcile physical stock with inventory records. Promptly address issues related to damage or missing items. Apply inventory control measures to prevent discrepancies and shortages. Manage availability and accuracy of supplier-owned inventory. Provide assembly support during peak times. Support shipping activities. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; education or certification in logistics considered an asset Previous experience in a similar role in manufacturing or distribution is advantageous. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
