What you’ll do: Marketing Effectiveness Research Maintain strong knowledge of marketing effectiveness research, broadly reading, researching and acting as Telstra’s principal marketing effectiveness subject matter expert. Campaign Reporting, Execution and Strategy Ongoing reporting captain across the entire Marketing team. Conduct in-flight and post-campaign analysis using diverse data sources to evaluate performance and deliver actionable recommendations and timely reporting to the Marketing team. Provide specialist leadership in briefing, reviewing, and developing strategic marketing effectiveness recommendations. Manipulate and analyse large, multi-source data sets to generate actionable business and marketing insights Implement effective data visualisation via dashboards and reporting for use across teams Contribute to experiment design for campaign execution where appropriate. Build a process and culture obsessed with effectiveness where insights drive decisions. Develop marketing effectiveness recommendations and reports Educate and upskill marketing team members on understanding of effectiveness knowledge.
