  Hub Registrar/Senior Manager (Grade 11/12)   Court Services, Sydney Metro & Greater Sydney Court Locations Salary ranging from $149,739pa - $173,174 pa + super and leave loading   We are recruiting to build a talent pool to fill roles as they arise over the next 18 months. Opportunities may be Ongoing or Temporary, Full Time or Part Time depending on current and future vacancies at individual locations.   The locations included in this recruitment are:   Burwood Liverpool Parramatta Parramatta Children’s Court Parramatta Drug Court Penrith Sydney CBD      About the role   This role leads the operations of a large, court registry and several additional Court locations within the Hub. Ensuring the delivery of high-quality client services and compliance with legislative and administrative requirements. They oversee daily operations, manage risks, and provide strategic advice on reforms, budgets, and performance. This role drives a collaborative and ethical workplace culture, supporting a multidisciplinary team for court operations. It involves implementing service improvements, promoting staff development, and fostering a safe and inclusive environment. The role works closely with the Executive and external stakeholders—including the judiciary, government agencies, and community groups—to align services with client needs and regional priorities. They also contribute to business planning and ensure financial accountability across the region.     What you'll do   You’ll lead and develop staff, promote a working environment that values teamwork, ethical behaviour and good performance to achieve quality service delivery outcomes and organisational objectives and rewards innovation and good performance.   Provide leadership to all court services staff within the area of responsibility, including the promotion of a collaborative and united workforce for sheriff’s officers and court staff, the implementation of strategies that promote ethical behaviour, create a safe working environment, minimise workplace issues, maximise performance and enhance skills.   Manage the efficient and effective operation of a large and complex registry and supervise several smaller locations to ensure that relevant legislation and policies and procedures are complied with.   Develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders including the judiciary, government agencies, community groups and court users to identify needs and maximise the use of resources.   You will also provide the Regional Director with timely and accurate information and advice on operational issues, risks, budgets and progress of reforms across your area of responsibility.    To find out more about what this role does to support the NSW Justice system click here or download the role description.       Essential Requirements   Tertiary qualifications in law/management or equivalent experience Strong understanding of the NSW Justice system.
