A Snapshot As the Senior People Operations Specialist based in our ATHQ, reporting to the Manager, People Operations, you will work with the wider People & Culture Team and cross functional stakeholders to enhance the AirTrunker experience by optimising people processes, driving automation, and ensuring compliance. Through a strategic lens you will manage the employee lifecycle, improve operational processes, support complex queries and junior team members in a dynamic environment.
