Responsibilities: Assist in overseeing and managing the night-time operations of the hotel, ensuring seamless service delivery throughout the shift. Act as the hotel’s representative on behalf of the General Manager and Front Office Manager in their absence. Lead and motivate the night team to uphold a welcoming and caring culture, creating memorable experiences tailored to each guest. Ensure the consistent application of Accor’s guest loyalty and recognition programs during the night shift. Connect authentically with guests and team members by actively listening and demonstrating empathy, fostering a sense of belonging. Champion health and safety standards by leading through example and adhering to Accor’s procedures. Manage and support front desk operations, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and handling any guest requests or issues promptly. Assist with nightly reporting and communication to day management for smooth transitions between shifts. Oversee and manage night shift finances, including cash handling, reconciliation, and ensuring financial procedures are followed accurately.
