We are looking for a driven Cluster Business Development Manager – Groups & Events to grow business and leisure group revenue across some of Auckland’s top hotels, including Sofitel Viaduct Harbour, Pullman Auckland, Movenpick, and more. What you will do Win new business across meetings & events, incentives, tour series, sports, and ad-hoc groups Drive proactive sales activity through database calling, sales calls, and cold calling Contribute to delivering and exceeding accommodation and catering revenue targets Build strong relationships with PCOs, inbound agents, and event bookers Represent our hotels at industry events and hotel famils Collaborate with hotel teams to ensure seamless client experiences Qualifications What you bring 3+ years of hotel sales experience in groups/events or business development Knowledge of the Auckland events and leisure market Proven ability to grow accounts and close deals Confident communicator with excellent phone manner and resilience in proactive calling Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and hotel systems (Delphi, Opera, CRM) Energetic, motivated, positive and results-driven mindset Must have rights to work in New Zealand Additional Information Why Accor?
