We are looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to assist the overall running of the Food and Beverage Department including financial outcomes, service delivery and product presentation. This executive-level position reports directly to the General Manager and plays a key role in driving the resort's food and beverage strategy and guest experience.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

- Maintain the high-quality standards of service to ensure guest satisfaction

- Utilise staff and resources to facilitate the operation of Food and Beverage outlets and services at Cable Beach Club Resort and Spa

- Coordinate the manning, set up and execution of events and functions

- Assist Food and Beverage Manager to control and analyse departmental costs

- Monitor subordinate manager’s control of labour costs and roster management, and direct where necessary
