Description du poste Les Services des finances de la Chambre des communes cherchent actuellement à doter le poste de gestionnaire, Pratiques, procédures et contrôles internes. Dans le cadre de ces fonctions, vous exercerez un leadership stratégique et offrirez des conseils d’expert en matière d’élaboration, de mise en œuvre et de surveillance de normes, de mesures et de la gestion des performances. Vous superviserez les mécanismes internes de contrôle financier et dirigerez des initiatives visant à améliorer les processus opérationnels afin de contribuer à l’efficience générale et à l’intégrité des opérations financières. Vous devrez notamment mettre en œuvre et améliorer constamment un cadre de contrôle interne axé sur les risques qui voit à l’exactitude et à la fiabilité de renseignements financiers servant à prendre des décisions. Vous vous occuperez aussi de la conception, de la prestation et du maintien de programmes qui favorisent l’utilisation efficace de systèmes et de mesures de contrôle financiers et qui contribuent ainsi à la protection de l’intégrité des données financières dans l’ensemble de l’organisation. La collaboration est au cœur des fonctions de ce poste. En étroite collaboration avec les partenaires internes et externes, vous veillerez à l’interprétation et à l’application uniformes des politiques, des normes et des pratiques de saine gestion des risques financiers. Vous favoriserez la mise sur pied d’une culture de l’amélioration constante en mettant en œuvre des stratégies de communication et de gestion du changement qui mobilisent les collaborateurs et qui facilitent l’adoption la transition vers des processus améliorés. Pour ce faire, vous entretiendrez notamment des rapports transparents avec les clients et les partenaires des Services financiers. Vous dirigerez aussi des équipes de projet multidisciplinaires chargées de l’exécution du plan opérationnel des Services financiers. Dans le cadre de ces fonctions, vous définirez notamment des priorités, des objectifs et des mandats, vous affecterez des ressources et vous gérerez la réalisation des projets conformément aux calendriers établis, aux budgets et aux pratiques exemplaires.
