The Distillery Restaurants Corp. (DRC) is actively seeking Line Cooks and Senior Line Cooks to join our Festivals Back of House Team to keep the outdoor areas of the Distillery District busy (and fed!) throughout the season! This job is available now, and it continues until the end of our Winter Village, wrapping up in January 2027. Infusing care for the customer experience and the restaurant’s reputation in every dish. Operating standard kitchen equipment with caution. Maintaining clean and organized stations. Following FIFO method to maximize product freshness. Moving food products and supplies between outlets when necessary. Reporting any equipment/utensil malfunctions/deficiencies to Chef on duty. Working collaboratively with BOH team members. Being kind and supportive with your colleagues on every shift. Other duties/responsibilities as assigned. What you’ll bring to the kitchen: EXPERIENCE. You have several years of professional cooking experience, ideally in Banquets/Events and/or Festival settings, but the setting isn’t a requirement. PASSION. You have a genuine passion and drive to create – both great food and great experiences for our customers. EDUCATION/TRAINING. You have a culinary degree/diploma and/or the equivalent in education and experience. TEAMWORK. You pride yourself in being able to collaborate with others and working happily in a team environment.
