The Role As a Construction Labourer, you will support site supervisors and operators by preparing job sites, moving materials, using hand and power tools, operating small equipment, and contributing to a wide range of construction activities. Work is varied and may include concrete, rough carpentry, retaining walls, pavers, site servicing, planting, and general landscape and civil works. This role requires reliability, initiative, and the ability to work well within a team where many employees have built long-term careers.
