The Senior HR IT Service Delivery Engineer is responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of a ServiceNow HRSD platform supporting 17,000 global end users.
This position reports to the Senior Manager HR IT and is part of the HR Enterprise Applications Team located in Krakow, Poland and will be an on-site role.

• Manage and support the deployment of new modules, enhancement requests, and upgrades of the HRSD platform following Agile methodologies.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow platform leaders to maintain alignment on internal Change Management and Incident Management processes.
• Test and deploy patches and platform upgrades.
• Develop and test both OOTB and custom functionality such as forms, business rules, service catalogs, record producers, workflows, reports, etc.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other Development Team members.
