Tenir à jour les dossiers de formation des employés non-opérationnels (R&D, Ventes, CSR, etc). Participer au comité de gestion des plaintes clients. Coordonner les enquêtes qualité avec les sites de fabrication, afin d’identifier les causes racines en cas de plaintes clients. Participer à la rédaction des documents du SGQ d’Intersand et de Blücare et en assurer la diffusion auprès du personnel non-opérationnel. Participer à la préparation des revues de direction qualité sites et à l’élaboration du plan d’audits internes annuels de la compagnie. Effectuer des audits fournisseurs et audits internes sur demande. Participer aux évaluations de performance des fournisseurs. Participer à la préparation des audits externes clients et de certification selon les référentiels préétablis. Qualifications Diplôme d’études universitaire en sciences ou génie ou expérience professionnelle équivalent. 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en assurance qualité au sein d’une entreprise manufacturière Bilingue français-anglais (oral et écrit). Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite, fortes aptitudes pour le travail en équipe et bonne capacité de leadership et d’influence, rigueur, esprit d’analyse et de synthèse.
