Nous sommes une plaque tournante pour la communauté du plein air, un chef de file en matière de durabilité et un endroit où vous pouvez être vous-même. Les gens viennent chez nous pour essayer de nouvelles choses et planifier de nouvelles aventures - et en tant que conseiller en magasin, vous serez là pour aider à faire en sorte que tout cela se produise.  Les membres (ce que nous appelons les clients) nous rendent visite pour obtenir du matériel et des conseils sur la randonnée, le camping, l'escalade, le cyclisme, les sports nautiques, les sports de neige et les voyages. Vous discuterez avec des personnes qui préparent des voyages de rêve ou des escapades d'un week-end, des novices ou des experts en activités de plein air.  Nous avons demandé aux membres du personnel ce qu'ils préféraient dans leur travail chez MEC, et la réponse la plus fréquente a été "les gens".  Le rôle  En tant que conseiller en magasin flexible, vous ferez de MEC un endroit agréable à visiter. Vous offrirez un service exceptionnel aux membres en leur proposant l'équipement qui répond à leurs besoins, et vous partagerez votre expérience concrète des produits. Vous aiderez aussi d'autres façons, par exemple en faisant du marchandisage visuel ou en donnant un coup de main à d'autres membres du personnel, et vous aurez la chance de grandir et d'essayer de nouvelles choses.
