In your role, you will perform a wide array of full-cycle accounting functions including the timely and accurate month, quarter and year-end of the company. What you will be doing: Manage the entry of logistics invoices into our accounting system and ensure timely payments Manage accounts payable for internal (non-inventory) purchases. Tasks include data entry, reception tracking and supporting various departments for internal spend (marketing, R&D, admin) Participate in rolling out PO processing for non-inventory spend across all departments Support month-end close activities by preparing reconciliations of balance sheet accounts (cash, prepaids, PP&E, accruals), journal entries, and supporting schedules.
