We are currently looking for a new colleague, responsible for ensuring strong local marketing, presence, and execution within a selected region in France (West, HQ based in Nantes). The purpose of the role is to ensure that NORMAL is visible, relevant, and locally rooted in each region. This includes creating a strong first impression at new store openings as well as continuously strengthening the stores’ position through shopping center marketing and local activities that drive traffic and sales. You will work across cities, shopping centers, and retail partners in your region (West) and act as a link between the national and global marketing teams and the local stores. Although national channels are managed centrally, the regional role plays a key part in identifying, creating, and delivering authentic and relevant social media content from stores and the region. Your responsibilities include, among others: New store openings · Planning and executing complete regional opening events for new stores. · Ensuring high-quality execution and alignment with NORMAL’s national and global marketing teams. · Documenting openings (video/photo) and securing material for, among others, social media.
