Description du poste Aperçu du poste : Le répartiteur est responsable de la coordination et de la gestion de la réception, de l’expédition et de la manutention de toutes les matières et produits finis de l’usine. Il veille à l’optimisation de l’espace d’entreposage, à la conformité des procédures logistiques et à la fluidité des opérations de transport, tout en assurant un environnement de travail sécuritaire et efficace. Principales responsabilités : A. Réception, expédition et manutention Planification et optimisation/maximisation des expéditions quotidiennes. Coordination quotidienne avec l'usine de fabrication pour assurer la disponibilité des stocks. Suivi des chauffeurs et gestion des feuilles de temps. Inspection des marchandises reçues et conformité aux bons de commande. Céduler les expéditions avec les transitaires, préparation des documents de livraison suivi des livraisons. Gestion de la prise de rendez-vous avec les terminaux du port de Montréal. Gestion de la rotation des stocks (FIFO) et surveillance des équipements de manutention. Assurer les inventaires physiques et les mouvements d'inventaire dans le système soient complétés. B. Coordination de l’équipe Communication claire des responsabilités aux caristes. Suivi de la qualité des produits et encadrement des équipes. Gestion des absences et participation à la formation continue. Promotion d’un climat de travail collaboratif. C. Santé et sécurité Application rigoureuse des normes de SST. Identification et correction des dangers. Sensibilisation des employés aux risques liés aux tâches. D. Autres tâches Collaboration avec les autres départements pour améliorer l’efficacité. Signalement des événements nécessitant l’attention du supérieur.
