Tu prends les commandes avec rigueur, tout en gardant l’œil ouvert pour augmenter les opportunités commerciales. Les demandes de prix et les informations techniques ? Tu y réponds avec rapidité, précision et sens du service. Tu assures un suivi rigoureux des commandes en souffrance (B.O.), en gardant les clients informés de manière transparente. Les soumissions, c’est ton affaire : tu les prépares avec soin, assures leur suivi, et n’hésites pas à négocier dans le respect des barèmes établis. Tu fais preuve de proactivité en suggérant des produits de remplacement ou complémentaires dès que la situation l’exige.
