• Maintains a positive and professional working relationship with internal and external clients
• Attend to Customer service requests in timely manner
• Monitor and support all Operational Facility Activity at Customers’ site
• Technical Supervision for Operational and Maintenance of all relevant critical infrastructure, Chilled Water Plant, pump, HVAC, UPS, generators electrical distribution and control and monitoring system.
• Assist and work closely with DC Manager to oversee the M & E Operations for DC
• Assist and work with all DC engineers, vendors and relevant parities for Operational Tasks and Activities
• Propose solutions, work with all relevant parties to execute projects
• Ensure all DC Vendors adhere to Safety Measures, Delivers Service Level Performance Maintenance
• Ensure Escalation process and procedures to respond in emergency situations or abnormal conditions.
• Ensure Respond time for DC equipment performance issues and outages to minimize the recovery time from failures.
• Review equipment failures, RCA, recovery time within service level agreement timeline
• Conduct Annual review of system/component End-of-Life (EOL).
• Provide Mentorship & training for all facility engineer, conduct performance reviews with the team
• Develop and Update all mechanical, electrical and fire procedures including EOPs, SOPs, MOPs, and SCPs
• Perform on boarding and off boarding for inhouse FM Team
• Minimum 04 years relevant work experience in facility management within DC environment
• Minimum 06 years of working experience in relevant facility management may also apply.
  Job Type: Full-time
  Pay: $5,800.00 - $6,700.00 per month
