You will be responsible for planning, deploying, and supporting infrastructure solutions that enable and enhance our clients’ automation and digital transformation goals. Your work will span infrastructure modernization, cloud adoption, network architecture, and systems integration. You will:

• Contribute across all phases of infrastructure-related projects (Assess, Design, Build, Deploy, Operate)
• Evaluate client infrastructure needs and translate them into scalable, secure architecture solutions
• Design, implement, and support network, server, storage, and cloud-based infrastructure
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
• Monitor system performance and conduct root cause analysis for incidents
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment between infrastructure and application needs
• Support system hardening, compliance, and security audits
• Mentor junior team members and lead smaller infrastructure workstreams

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree with 4 to 6 years of experience in infrastructure consulting, system engineering, or related fields
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
• Experience with IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python)
• Familiarity with networking concepts (DNS, VPN, firewalls) and security best practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on system reliability and performance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience leading infrastructure projects or managing client stakeholders is a plus
