Job Title: Pest Control Technician & Driver (Driver cum Technician)

The Role:
We are seeking a motivated and responsible Driver/Technician to join our growing team. You will be the face of Allied Pest Control on the front lines, responsible for safely driving to client locations and performing effective pest management services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive & Navigate: Safely operate a company vehicle to multiple customer sites daily, following an efficient route.
* Customer Service: Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service. Clearly explain services performed and offer prevention tips.
* Inspection & Treatment: Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest issues.
* Apply Solutions: Utilize integrated pest management (IPM) techniques and apply products safely and effectively according to company protocols and regulations.
* Documentation: Accurately complete service reports, waivers, and other necessary paperwork using a tablet or mobile device.
What We’re Looking For:
* A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Willingness to obtain pest control certification (we will provide training!).
* Comfortable working independently and managing a daily schedule.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Physical ability to lift equipment (up to 50 lbs), crawl, kneel, and work in various environments.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
