Deine Aufgaben

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung kreativer Content-Strategien für Social Media, Website und weitere Marketingkanäle
  • Erstellung von Texten für Social Media, Website, E-Mail-Marketing und Printmedien
  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Social-Media-Kanäle
  • Mitwirkung beim Aufbau und der Skalierung unserer Unternehmensmarke
  • Planung, Aufnahme und Bearbeitung von Video-Content
  • Erstellung grafischer Inhalte mit Canva und Photoshop
  • Analyse der organischen Performance sowie Ableitung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen
  • Entwicklung neuer Kampagnenideen gemeinsam mit dem Team
  • Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung verschiedener Marketingaktionen

Dein Profil

Um in dieser Rolle erfolgreich zu sein, bringst Du Folgendes mit:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Wirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Marketing, Content Marketing oder Social Media
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie Canva, Photoshop oder vergleichbaren Design-Tools
  • Kreativität, Gespür für gutes Storytelling und Design
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Analytisches Denken sowie Interesse daran, Inhalte datenbasiert zu optimieren
  • Teamgeist, Eigeninitiative und Lust darauf, gemeinsam etwas Großes aufzubauen
