POSITION SUMMARY:

The Clinical Operations Manager provides advanced technical and administrative support and supervision for the operations of Clinical Services at University Health Services (UHS). This position also serves as the Administrative Assistant to the Director of Clinical Services and the Associate Director of Primary Care. Responsibilities include clinical scheduling and/or rescheduling for providers within clinical medicine, support of nursing supervisors in ensuring MPA, MA, and provider coverage for their respective clinics, supervision of medical program assistant administrative support staff and assistance with medical supply and equipment purchases. Work is performed under general supervision.

MINIMUM YEARS AND TYPE OF RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE:

Two or more years experience in a healthcare environment required. Two or more years supervision of staff preferred.
