We are looking for a skilled and versatile MEP Multi Technician to join our Facilities Management team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, with the ability to handle preventive and corrective maintenance across all three disciplines.

REQUIREMENTS:

• ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing trade.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in the FM industry.
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical panels, plumbing fixtures, and pumps.
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
• Good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays if required.
• Basic understanding of health and safety practices.

  Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per mont

• Perform maintenance and repair work on MEP systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to lighting, power, water supply, drainage, pumps, motors, etc.
• Respond to service requests and carry out inspections as required.
• Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems when needed.
• Follow preventive maintenance schedules and update records.
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other technicians for timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
