QUALIFICATIONS:

• Basic mechanical knowledge and understanding of mechanical principles.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under the supervision of a senior technician.
• Experience with marine equipment and systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
