Job Description:
1-Source, Evaluate and Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best pricing and delivery items.
2- Preparation and issuance of Purchase Orders
3- Identify the purchasing needs by cross departmental coordination
4-Track orders status and ensure delivery of goods and services
5- Evaluation of supplier performance and recommend the improvements
6- Resolve any supply issues
7- Assist in developing procurement strategies to support operations
Requirement:
1- Bachelors degree in supply chain, business administration or related field.
2- Proven experience as purchasing officer/ Procurement Officer in construction field
3- Strong Negotiation and Communication skills
4- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP.
5- Attention to details and organization skills
6- Knowledge of supply chain and inventory principals
7- Ability to work under pressure and meeting deadlines.
Preference will be given to candidates having knowledge to local and international regulations and guidelines.
