Ensure all work complies with safety, health, and hygiene standards.
Manage tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory efficiently.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.
Perform any additional maintenance duties as required to support hotel operations.
Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Physically fit and flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Carry out routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on hotel systems and facilities (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical).
Respond quickly to guest and staff maintenance requests to minimize downtime.
Diagnose technical issues and implement timely, effective solutions.
Support larger repair and renovation projects as directed by the Engineering Supervisor or Chief Engineer.
Maintain proper records of maintenance tasks, equipment logs, and repair histories.
Hands-on knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repair work.
