The purpose of this hiring is to carry out allocated planned and reactive maintenance, fault diagnosis and carry out remedial repairs on building services and power systems electrical assets and associated equipment.
The ideal candidate should be able to foster good relations with colleagues and other departments and be a good team player.
This role will be based in Abu Dhabi.

Key Accountabilities

• Carry out the planned and reactive maintenance on the electrical services and systems such as, lighting, emergency lighting, small power, switchgear, motors, pumps, control panels, instrumentation EPMS (Electrical Power Management System), BMS (Building Management System), HV (High Voltage), MV (Medium Voltage) LV (Low Voltage) power distribution systems including, IPS (Isolated Power Supply), UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply), generators, and other associated plant
• Multi-task and analyse situations promptly and without bias to determine the proper course of action or alternatives without jeopardizing human safety, quality, and the committed performance targets
• Carry out 24-hour on-call responsibility for incidents (only if there is any emergency) within the department
• Assist in monitoring electrical consumption, collation of consumption figures, and update central records as required
• Monitor, rectify and/or repair electrical systems and services and maintain and update records daily.

Specific Requirements

• 3 years minimum experience in a similar role.
• Has advance working Knowledge of UPS, CBS, Delmatic, Generator, and general Electrical maintenance.
• Knowledge of CAFM system, KPI & SLA. Basic understanding of the Civil fit out works and office layout installation, Card reader relocation, new Card reader installation testing and commissioning, removal in commercial buildings or other facilities management building services engineering environment.
• Technically competent with a clear technical understanding of buildings Electrical services and associated systems.
• Technical and safety awareness with a clear understanding of electrical safety, permit to works, processes, procedures, use of electrical tools and associated test equipment.
• Two years Diploma or ITI. Work experience in UPS, CBS, Generator, general Electrical maintenance and ELV.
