We will do this through strategic offering-aligned communities, clear differentiated propositions and capabilities, increased focus with key partners, and enhanced focus on customer innovation. As part of our ambitious growth plans for Version 1 in the UK, Ireland and beyond, we are looking to hire market-leading advisory talent. The Digital Advisor roles are a pivotal part of the Version 1 strategy and will provide a focal point for our customers and commercial sales teams by defining, inspiring and evangelising the complete Version 1 AI, digital, data and cloud story. You will work as a partner to commercial sales teams and practice delivery teams to drive growth through existing accounts and in new public sector customers across the portfolio offerings of Version 1. You will use your understanding of government drivers and plans to draw together Version 1 offerings to deliver customer success and drive our continued growth, whilst working with internal teams to learn of potential opportunities, grow existing capabilities and ensure successful outcomes. You will be comfortable working across internal teams and structures as well as working across technology and business domains. The role will be customer-facing and market-led, expecting 50-60% of a typical week to be spent working with customers and prospects, as well as supporting bids and proposals that demonstrate the best of Version 1's global capability and story. Success will include the development of compelling and differentiated propositions for your sub-sector (leveraging our unique accelerators and evolving these to lead the market), engaging Version 1's delivery community with regular forums and other touchpoints, and leading the direction for creation of new capabilities to maximise our growth potential and ensure the success of the story we want to tell. The successful candidates will undertake the following activities as part of the role (aligned to our Strength in Balance model).
