DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF WORK TASK TO BE CARRIED OUT

• Analyze and document current KYC processes by engaging with key stakeholders to understand the existing process flows and the target state
• Develop detailed process maps and create both visual and written documentation to clearly communicate as-is and target state.

DESCRIPTION OF KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

• Experienced in the financial sector, with a strong background in creating process maps for both as-is and target state workflows
• Strong skills in visualization, with the ability to translate complex processes into easy-to-understand visuals and documentation
• Proficiency in using process mapping tools such as Microsoft Visio or Mega Hopex to design and document process improvements
• Excellent communication and writing skills, capable of communicating process changes and insight in both verbal communication and written form
• Demonstrated ability to work closely with stakeholders across departments, gathering requirements, facilitating discussions, and ensuring alignment on process enhancement.
