JOB SUMMARY:
Textron’sEngineeringLeadershipDevelopment Programis a2-year commitment with 12-month rotationswithin our seven business units: Bell, Textron Aviation, Textron Systems, Textron Specialized Vehicles, Kautex, Textron, and Textron Inc. Participants must be geographically mobile as locations vary based on business needs.Whilein theprogram, you will receive on-the-job andprofessionaltraining to aid in your development, have opportunities to lead andparticipatein impactful projects, and network withcolleaguesacross the globe. Additionally, you will have a dedicated Program Manager to guide your experience and an assigned mentor tohelp support your growth.Your experience will be unique and personalized based on yourcareer interestsand business needs.
QUALIFICATIONS

Mobility :
