Die Otto-von-Guericke- Universität Magdeburg (OVGU) ist eine forschungsstarke, regional vernetzte und international orientierte Profiluniversität.
An der Fakultät für Verfahren- und Systemtechnik ist am Institut für Strömungstechnik und Thermodynamik eine Stelle zur
Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiterin (m/w/d) Technische Thermodynamik
zu besetzen.
Responsibilities:
- Designing, setting up and conducting experiments to analyse reactive flows
- Implementation of optical and laser diagnostics as well as the performance of flow, combustion and exhaust analysis (e.g. PIV)
- Processing and interpretation of the experimental data
- Documentation of the results, preparation of project reports and publications
- Supervision of Bachelor’s and Master’s theses
- Cooperation and continuous exchange with project partners
The position enables the scientific qualification within the framework of a doctorate and a research stay of several weeks at a world-leading research institution outside Germany.
