PRIMARY DUTIES
- Provide day-to-day support for SAP S/4HANA development and integration activities using ABAP.
- Develop custom enhancements, reports, interfaces, conversions, and forms (RICEF) using ABAP and modern SAP development tools.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system issues, resolving incidents and service requests in a timely manner.
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions.
- Implement system enhancements, configuration changes, and updates based on client requirements.
- Participate in client discussion to understand their business processes and identify opportunities for system improvements.
- Conduct regular system health checks and performance monitoring to ensure optimal system performance.
- Manage change requests, from gathering requirements to testing and deployment.
- Provide training and support to end-users and technical teams to ensure effective use of SAP solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and support activities.
- Participate in the internal PI Planning sessions.
