Our Application Evolution Services team will provide you with the opportunity to help organizations harness the power of their enterprise applications by optimizing the technology while driving transformation and innovation to increase business performance. We assist our clients in capitalizing on technology improvements, implementing new capabilities and achieving operational efficiencies by managing and maintaining their application ecosystems. We help our clients maximize the value of their Oracle investment by managing the support and continuous transformation of their solutions in the areas of finance operations, human capital management, supply chain management, reporting and analytics and governance, risk and compliance.

- Proficient in overseeing a support ticketing queue with multiple open items, demonstrating strong written and oral communication skills;
- Capable of leading client status meetings and extracting relevant metrics;
- Handles client relationships, enabling effective communication;
- Offers functional and/or technical subject matter expertise ;
- Directs process redesign efforts;
- Leads technical and test teams for the implementation of functionality;
- Arrange change activities to enable business adoption and provides effective user training;
- Manages the project lifecycle to enable timely project delivery;
- Meets with stakeholders throughout the organization to confirm a thorough set of requirements, aligned to business objectives , gaining an understanding of current and future state business processes;
- Provides in-depth knowledge of the Oracle application and evaluates the customer’s processes against the standard Salesforce functionality;
- Experience in use of Oracle in a support/AMS environment;
- Documents the business requirements which express what actions a solution should take and what outcome is expected;
- Responsible for fixes and enhancements to the application to achieve the customer’s business requirements;
- Has industry experience and understands challenges and risks when providing professional services and supporting vertical applications and localizations;
- Ability to:
- Analyze and understand business problems;
- Model data and processes;
- Conduct workshops and training sessions; and,
- Plan and carry out system and user acceptance testing.
- Familiar with and experienced in:
- Core application functionality;
- Implementation Methodology; and,
- Application technology stack.
- ITIL process knowledge/understanding is highly preferred.
- Experience in Quote to Cash / CRM to ERP cycles
- CPQ functional expertise for Product Configuration, Rules, Commerce process, Pricing Setups, Document Engine and Reports.
- Advanced BML queries, formula, BOM, Price Book functionalities setup.
- Should have knowledge on ATO / PTO model configuration cycles and integrating with ERP fulfillment systems
- Should have experience on Sales Force integration.
- Minimum of 2 implementation support cycle experience.
- Working and coordinating with Onshore - Offshore model.
- Ability to speak effectively with customers and understand the requirements or problem statement.
