Account Based Marketing Manager DACH
Autodesk is looking for an Account Based Marketing Manager who is responsible for leading the planning, development, implementation, execution and measurement of targeted account-focused 1:few programs in our DACH region and our Architecture, Engineering & Construction Owner industry segments.
As a data-driven ABM Manager, you are a strategic partner to sales and work collaboratively with sales teams to deploy 1:Few ABM programs that have a positive impact on revenue, reputation and relationships. You have a customer-centric mindset, excellent communication and collaboration skills, a strong sense of ownership with a bias for action, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with different stakeholders.
Ideally this position is based in Munich, Germany, but we are open to consider candidates based in other parts of Germany.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales on account plans, marketing strategy, tools and customer programs. Identify marketing opportunities to intentionally support business with ABM
  • Partner with broader organization of account-based marketers to agree on programmatic campaigns which apply to the dedicated audience
  • Plan out account-based marketing plans with clear goals to achieve executive engagement, pipeline and revenue goals, use data and dashboards to inform these strategies and plans
  • Develop new and use existing programs, tools and assets designed to showcase Autodesk as a strategic partner to allow customers to get the most value out of our solutions, relationship and services
  • Lead the execution of your programs for the dedicated audience on planning, (event) logistics, and onsite management, budget, list management, follow up and reporting
  • Navigate the Autodesk organization and use professional networks to identify internal and external resources, partners, and programs that support account engagement
  • Employ Autodesk’s ABM set of marketing technology tools (i.e. 6sense, Salesforce, Marketo, Folloze, Outreach) to deliver personalized ABM programs
  • Review and provide analysis of programmatic Account-Based campaigns and unique account-specific tactics for targeted accounts list.
  • Monitor the delivery and execution of plans, and measure effectiveness of resource allocation, efficiency and ROI to inform any adjustments

Minimum Qualifications

  • Degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent professional training / experience
  • 4+ years of experience in ABM and B2B marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to provide strategic input to sales team
  • Direct customer-facing experience in enterprise, account-based or field marketing role
  • Data-driven and strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English language required
