WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, with a focus on closing deals in a hunting role. This position requires 3-5 years of experience in a B2B hunting role, specifically in navigating complex enterprise sales cycles and utilizing strategies such as Challenger and MEDDPICC. The candidate should be proficient in using Salesforce and Outreach or similar sales enablement tools.

Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO WITH US:
- Drive revenue growth by prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts and develop relationships at all levels.
- Navigate complex sales cycles and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services.
- Utilize the Challenger & MEDDPICC framework to understand customer needs, address objections, and guide prospects through the buying process.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and opportunities in Salesforce.
- Continuously stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
WHAT YOU’VE DONE BEFORE:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a B2B SaaS sales role, with a focus on closing deals in a hunting capacity.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of complex sales cycles and experience navigating multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce and Outreach or similar sales enablement tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Highly driven and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
