RICS, part of the Fullsteam organization, is looking for a talented Account Manager to join our team. Reporting to GTM Director, this is a key role engaging with current clients, learning about their businesses, positioning & selling from our suite of solutions, and delivering world class client service. The ideal candidate will be an engaging listener, a skilled problem solver, and have experience in B2B software sales geared toward small and medium sized businesses. This role will foster an environment of partnership and positivity, bias toward action, and commitment to our clients.

Our Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support and Development Teams are tightly integrated so we can provide a product that meets or exceeds expectation, deliver exceptional service, and drive real value for our clients.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support existing clients with account related matters such as billing, expansion, contraction, renewals, add-ons, new services and all financial aspects of their relationship with the organization.
  • Prospect customer segmented lists to discuss their account status and satisfaction, while introducing clients to the variety of products and services available.
  • Familiarize self with products and services to provide high level demonstration/overviews of related products and services and sell our clients on the benefits provided to their business.
  • Place phone calls, write emails and conduct video meetings with clients demonstrating add-on technologies and their associated benefits.
  • Collaborate on strategies and tactics to drive upsell and new business opportunities within the client base.
  • Call clients to discuss financial aspects of the relationship.
  • Conduct and document activities in CRM to support daily efforts in closing new business opportunities.
  • Work with partnered businesses and marketing teams to collaborate on prospecting plans, strategic outreach and product knowledge expertise as needed.
  • Attend and support in sales and marketing efforts at tradeshows as needed.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales goals.
  • Ensure individual written and verbal communications are clear, succinct, and high-quality
  • Ensure all feedback themes, trends, issues and risks are escalated to Director of GTM.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to understand complex customer requirements and navigate complex sales cycles.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales productivity tools.
