Your preferred work base can be either Tampere or Turku, and this role involves extensive fieldwork, with approximately 80% travel (including occasional overnight stays).

As a leading manufacturer and supplier of products that are used daily in healthcare, the Medication Delivery Solutions (MDS) team provide a wide range of products for injection and infusion therapy, regional anaesthesia and closed medication management.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and create the Account Business Plan to drive key customer and platform strategies.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual territory targets aligned with country budget expectations.
- Focus on sustainable sales growth for the territory, ensuring both short-term and long-term success.
- Convert key opportunities into sales and manage CRM (Salesforce) daily reporting.
- Drive Customer Centricity activities to ensure compliance with BD Way of Selling and verifiable outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with key individuals through efficient management of project proposals.
- Work closely with BD account managers to coordinate activities at the local level and enhance business opportunities.
