Description:
Tangent Solutions is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong track record in selling cloud-based technology solutions. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of Intelligent Automation, Custom Software Development, and Cloud Technology, along with a proven ability to access and engage in the enterprise market space.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business development role in the technology industry.
- Proven sales ‘hunter’ capabilities, with a record of driving lead generation and new business growth.
- Strong understanding of Software, Intelligent Automation, and Cloud Technology.
- Ability to engage effectively with C-level executives.
- Experience in building Statements of Work and working on CRM systems.
- Strong mathematical skills for accurate pricing calculations.
- Experience with bid response and management is beneficial.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand category-specific landscapes and trends, reporting on the forces that shift strategic directions of accounts.
- Prepare and deliver effective presentations to C-level executives.
- Building Statements of Work and responding to bids.
- Use CRM systems for tracking client information and sales activities.
