Responsibilities:

  • Build a pipeline of sales opportunities with the Sage Intacct channel
  • Developing and growing the sales opportunity pipeline while improving efficiency and keeping the channel energized and motivated during this process.
  • Focus on generating new business – self generated sales opportunities for Sage to grow the market share.
  • Identify major opportunities within channel partners and co-ordinate Sage Intacct activities through pre-sales/solution consultants etc to grow our brand
  • On-site and virtual demonstrations of the solution in close collaboration with the channel and solution consulting team
  • Achieve mutually agreed upon sales quota
  • Manage and close Sage Intacct sales opportunities through partner account strategy, forecasting, account resource allocation and planning
  • Initiate joint business planning and marketing plans with partners including individual responsibility for a sales objective.
  • Establish a vertical / industry focus with the rest of the sales and solution consultant teams
  • Identify marketplace partners to collaborate with and build out the product offering
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Sage Intacct and keeping up to date with industry trends, technology and competitors
    Preferred:
    Accounting qualification Self-starter who can work individually and as part of a team
    Strong customer focus and high-level customer service ethics and positive approach
    Be bold and able to simplify process and communicate it effectively to customers
    Instill trust with both colleagues, customers and other stakeholders
    Technical / professional qualifications
    Accounting background
