ACCOUNT SUPPORT MANAGER – SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS
Location: Sandton Office (Hybrid - In-office & Remote)
Our UK-based client, a leader in Software Solutions and Support, is seeking a dynamic Account Support Manager to join their growing team. This role involves managing client relationships, resolving software queries, and ensuring client satisfaction. If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional customer support and solving software-related challenges, this opportunity is for you!
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in software support and troubleshooting.
- Strong skills in prioritizing support issues versus information requests.
- Experience with service desk or application support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic and results-driven approach.
- Experience with HR, Payroll, or ATS software is advantageous.
