JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accountant & Financial Analyst to join our team and play a crucial role in managing our financial operations and providing insightful financial analysis. Your expertise in accounting and financial analysis will be essential in driving our financial success and supporting the growth of our startup ventures. As an Accountant & Financial Analyst at SINC Partners, you will be responsible for overseeing our financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic financial insights to support decision-making. You will work closely with our leadership team and portfolio companies to develop financial strategies & manage budgets.
- Minimum Qualification: Degree
- Experience Level: Entry level
- Experience Length: 1 year
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA is preferred.
- Proven experience as an Accountant, Financial Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
