Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Accounting:
Perform day-to-day accounting tasks, including general ledger maintenance and month-end closing activities.
- Accounts Reconciliation:
Reconcile financial transactions with the partners, resolve discrepancies, and maintain the accuracy of financial records.
- Systems:
Collaborate closely with the Director of Finance and cross-functional teams to provide accounting expertise during the enhancement of ERP and other digital tools utilization.
Process optimization - leverage your deep understanding of ERP capabilities to optimize financial processes and workflows within the system.
Data Integration - collaborate with a cross-functional team to integrate financial information with other business applications and databases.
- Reporting and Analysis:
Use the capabilities of ERP and other systems to generate financial reports and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
- Compliance:
Stay current with accounting regulations and standards, ensuring the company’s financial practices remain compliant.
