JOB SUMMARY

Tetra Pak International Business Operations is the internal trading organization for Tetra Pak worldwide with operations in Pully and Panama. Within this organization we are looking for an Accountant who will be responsible for various accounting and controlling activities. You will be able to work independently within established procedures and practices. This is a permanent position, part time 50%. You will be based in Pully - Switzerland

• Manage controlling activities related to freight (instructions, follow-up, reconciliations, clearings) and caps.
• Follow-up in VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) and provide booking instructions.
• Participate to controlling and accounting activities as required
• Participate to monthly closing and group reporting
• Ensure compliance with the Internal Control System and participate to the audit process
• Support the other team members to guarantee versatility.
• Actively participate to process improvements to increase productivity
• Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks
