Our Real Estate Accounting team is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounting Analyst to process and reconcile Real Estate investment transactions precisely and in a timely manner while ensuring internal controls are in place.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Recording and processing real estate investment transactions, including capital calls, distributions, income and expenses in Simcorp Dimension ("SCD") and Yardi Voyager while upholding internal controls
  • Collaborating with internal and external parties to set up new investments in SCD
  • Quarterly updating of the market value of fund investments in SCD
  • Performing daily and monthly cash reconciliations
  • Preparing various reconciliations and reports
  • Providing necessary documentation for internal and external audits
  • Providing vacation coverage for Accounts Payable Analyst

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance is required
  • 3+ years of accounting or financial analysis experience
  • Working towards a professional accounting designation is advantageous
  • Excellent Microsoft skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, able to manage conflicting deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
  • Exhibits the ability to work both individually and as part of a team

Success Factors:
The chosen candidate’s success will be responsible to execute tasks and assignments and provide vacation coverage for the Accounts Payable Analyst.
