Accounting Clerk
Hamilton/Burlington/Oakville/Mississauga
50K – 70K - role dependent
Monday to Friday - shift times may vary
In-office only – NO remote or hybrid option unless stated otherwise
Job Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable/Receivable and month end related duties
- Prepare and maintain cash management activities, bank reconciliations, general journals, bank adjustments, cash receipts, collections, and cash disbursements
- Assist in budgeting, financial reports, costs analysis, asset management, and inventory levels
- Review, prepare and file GST/HST
- Maintain general ledger, Maintain year end
- Maintain an accurate and complete trail of documentation for all financial and bookkeeping activities
Assets:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related field or minimum 3-5 years’ experience in related role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Exposure to Visual Manufacturing and/or ERP Systems is an asset
- Knowledge of ISO systems
