Responsibilities:

  • Complete various complex clerical, bookkeeping, and accounting tasks
  • Review and manage accounts payable and receivable queries in collaboration with Global Business Services
  • Prepare financial, statistical, and technical reports
  • Check and process UK expenses and credit card submissions to journal stage
  • Support the Assistance Finance Manager, including month end tasks

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years’ experience in a relevant financial role
  • Excellent systems and Excel skills with the ability to make complex pivot tables
  • Skills in accuracy, organisation, and communication
  • Knowledge of PeopleSoft or similar accounting systems is beneficial
  • Ability to travel to other Delaware North sites as requested

Contracted Hours / Guaranteed Hours: 48 Hour
