Responsibilities:

We are looking for an Accounts Clerk to join our busy head office finance team. This is a fast-paced position with a range of responsibilities including accounts payables and receivables, payment runs, foreign exchange, GST and FBT returns as well as month end transactions, reconciliations, and analysis.
What you will bring:

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Excellent multi-tasking and prioritising skills are essential, along with a positive ‘can do’ attitude and a passion for numbers and detail.
  • You will enjoy working as part of a team and collaborating with colleagues in a way which promotes a fun and supportive team environment.
  • You will have an accounting/finance diploma and/or equivalent accounts payable and receivable experience, sound Microsoft Office skills including intermediate level Excel and effective communication skills. Knowledge of the ORACLE Financial system is preferred and experience with Unimarket would also be a plus.
